Fit me Foundation

I have to say that I really like this foundation, it applies with ease. If I am going to complain about this I think I got slightly the wrong shade, it is maybe a little to dark for my skin tone. It lasts alot longer than any of my other foundations that I own. I alternated by sometimes using my fingers and others with my elf stippling brush to help me blend in this foundation. I would say the coverage is medium, it does slightly cover up blemishes which is great. It is doesn't feel at all heavy on the face, so a good all round foundation and for £7.99. I might have to purchase it, but in a lighter shade.

Have you tried this foundation or the pressed powder, what are you thoughts?

November Empties!

Lately I have been rapidly getting down on all of my mini shower gels, shampoos and conditioners so I thought I would do an early empties post.Lately I have been rapidly getting down on all of my mini shower gels, shampoos and conditioners so I thought I would do an early empties post.

Superdrug facial wash
I thought I would try and empty this as quickly as possible, it was one that I used before I found the simple one. It is nothing really special but it does a good job of clearing my skin.

Simple Hydrating Moisturiser
This is a staple product for me, even when my skin is super dry this doesn't sting as many of my other moisturisers I have tried and this just sinks in, in no time. I will re-purchase this.

Rimmel London Curve Mascara
I loved this mascara it does everything I want in a mascara (curls and lengthens) but I could tell as soon as it came to the end of its life the quality of the mascara was deteriorating. I will re-purchase this when I need a new mascara (which will be quite a while as I have built up quite a collection).

Tesco fruity Strawberry Shower Gel
I emptied the lime one of these and loved it so much and the same goes for this they smell so lovely, only problem is they only come out at Christmas so I will have to stock up on them before they disappear.

Marks & Spencer Lemon Shower Gel
This is ideal for using in the morning to wake you up and the smell does linger on your skin. I will re-purchase this.

Sainbury's Lavender Foot Scrub
This is great for feet which have had a hard day. I love this as it relaxes you before bed. So if I can find it (I think it came in a set) I will re-purchase it.

Boots Chocolate Milkshake Shower Gel
This feels like a luxury product to me, really nice a moisturising and smells just like chocolate.

Schwartzkopf Pomegranate Conditioner
I only bought this as a one off as I had ran out of conditioner but I think I will have to re-purchase this as it does wonders for my hair and smells really fruity.

I have wanted to find a treatment, to rid me of a spot when it appears. Its says that you can see results in just 4 hours that is not really true, but apply this at night to a spot. It reduces the redness of the spot and eventually it is gone! I did think about getting this one but as this one was 99p cheaper and it had anti-bacterial products in it and was more of a stronger formulas of the two. When applying this to the skin it is really nice and cooling but also stings a little which I kind of like as it gives you the effect that it is actually doing some good in getting rid of it. I apply this right on the spot and it dries pretty fast but the smell does stay on your skin for quite while which is okay for me. The scent of it is sort fresh smelling? Overall I really like it and will continue using it and will repurchase when it is all gone. As it says on the box and tube if you have sensitive skin this is probably not the one for you.

Have you tried any spot treatments, which ones?

Goodies in Glamour!

I picked up December's issue of Glamour magazine to find that they contained a free full sized bottle of Nail inc. nail polishes. I picked up the gold glitter in "Glamour Glitter". I have always wanted a gold glitter and now I am satisfied! Hope fully this will go on well and not chip too quickly.
I was also quite surprise but also excited to see two small samples, one of the new Nivea hydration primer, which is a moisturising primer.  The second one being Rimmel London's BB cream, so an extra bonus! I am slightly tempted to go and buy the pink polish (called Elizabeth Street) or the red (St James) but to be honest I don't need any more nail polish!
Will you be getting Glamour magazine?
What nail polish shade will you pick?
