GFC is going but there are many ways to keep in the loop!

So I don't really know whats actually going on with the whole closing down of  "Google Reader". Some people have said that GFC (Google Friend Contact, which means you can follow blogs) is going to vanish completely. So on the 1st of July it will already be gone for good and you could potentially lose all the blogs you follow. So there are a couple of ways you can follow...

Bloglovin': In my sidebar there is a link to my bloglovin' page, also not only can you follow via my blog but you can move all of your blogs that you follow on gfc to bloglovin' here is someone that did a post about it to help you if you need it :)

SheSaidBeauty: Now this is not something I use often actually, not at all but I know it is a way that you can follow blogs and keep up to date, so if you would like you can also follow my blog via this.

Twitter: I do sometimes tweet about my posts and let you know that a new one is up and I also sometimes ask you some questions which I hope you would help me out with.

So there are a few ways I suppose that are alternatives to the GFC, I hope that has sorted that all out and make sure you do follow by at least one way as I wouldn't want to loose you all!

My Third Graze Box

Honeycomb Flapjack
Yum, this was very tasty! It was lovely and chewy, also I loved the drizzle of chocolate on the top. I wish there was more of this, but I suppose that would tell me it is very morish!
I would be much more than happy to get in my next box.

Herby Bread Basket
If you know me I love savory snacks! I liked that there were quite a few different shapes and tastes within the punnet. This was again lovely. Lovely and crunchy and herby!

Mississippi  BBQ Pistachios
Again these were awesome! I have never tried anything like this before (only really salted pistachios , these had a smoky taste to them and were eaten very quickly!

Salsa Fresa
In comparison with everything I got in this box, this was a little of a let down. The dipping sauce was very nice and little on the spicy side. But it was the rice crackers which I didn't like. I can't explain the taste but they are just not for me. I suppose you win some and you lose some...

Also if you would like to get your first graze bow for free just use this code: Y7GWJKN

Do you get graze, what are your favorites?

Garnier Moisture Match - Wake Me Up & Goodbye Dry
I have to say, I was very impressed with these. I love the formula of the "Goodbye Dry" it is like a gel, which make sink in super quick. This kept my face lovely and moisturised all day. Where as with the "Wake Me Up", to be honest I couldn't really see a difference...
Would I buy the full product?
Yes for the Goodbye Dry but it has to be a no for the Wake Me Up...

NSpa Mango Shower & Bath Gel
I love everything I have tried so far from nspa, I think the brand is awesome value. It has lasted me a while which is very good. It smells lovely and mangoy and lathers up very well.
Would I re-purchase?
Of course, but I might like to try a few other scents.

Soap & Glory Clean On Me Shower Gel
I did just feature this in my 16th Birthday Wishlist. So it is a definite re-purchase. It lathers up so much! It also smells amazing, a scent which is super relaxing.

The Body Shop Almond Hand Cream
This hand cream was lovely to use, it sinked in pretty well and smelt lovely.
Would I buy the full product?
Perhaps if I was treating myself.

L'Occitane Hand Balm & Angelica Exfoliating Gel
I used the Hand Balm before bed, it took a while to sink in, but I don't really mind that. It smelled lovely and nice and calming. As well it left my hands feel lovely and soft in the morning! A minor slip up with the Exfoliating Gel was that I thought it was for the body! Whoops! But luckily I did have a look at the back before entering the shower, so I was saved. Anyhow the product itself was really good, smelt nice and did the job of exfoliating very well!
Would I buy the full products?
As nice as they were, I think I would give a miss to the exfoliating gel, but if I saved up I might buy the Hand Balm!

What have you used up recently, will you be repurchasing?

Rimmel London Salon Nail Polish - Peppermint
I have literally been obsessed with mint green recently. I blame SprinkleOfGlitter to be honest, I think it is something that is contagious! The colour is a lovely pastel mint green colour. Many have said that this is better to Essie Mint Candy Apple.

Jelly Belly Candle - Tangerine
I have been wanting to try a Jelly Belly Candle for aages! I have heard so many good things about them. I thought I would pick Tangerine as I love my citrus scents.

Real Techniques Expert Face Brush
I know I featured this in a wishlist but I have failed to get it yet so I thought I would put it in again. I really would love to try this as I need a new foundation brush and there has been lots of "rave" about this.

Lush Lip Scrub - Bubblegum
I some how also mentioning this in a post, I think it was in another wishlist. I still failed once again to get it. Mostly because of them not having it in stock when I went to get it.

Wonka Rainbow Nerds
Since having a taste of my friend Izzy's, when she bought them from River Island, I have been wanting for ages to have a box of my own. What is great as well is you can buy them off of Amazon for under £3.

Lush - The comforter Bubble Bar
I am sure a couple of years ago, many people raved about this. I myself have not had chance to have a bash a this product. I think it is still on the expensive side so something to get as a treat or as a present for someone.

Samsung Galaxy Y
Shocker! It isn't a fashion or beauty item. My phone I suppose you could say is on its last legs. It has done me well for how ever long I have had it. It's battery life is slowly going which calls for a new phone! Yay! I chose this one as it means that if I am in a wi-fi hotspot, I can connect to it. I also chose this one as it is by Samsung which my old phone used to be. I thought that I liked it and to keep to one brand.

Soap & Glory Clean On Me Shower Gel
I had the smaller one of this and looved it! So I thought it would be something to add to my birthday list.

Superdrug Vitamin E Hot Cloth Cleanser
I have heard lots of good things about this cleanser, it has been likened to the cheaper dupe of the Liz Earle Cleaner.

Mint Green Converse Low Tops
Something again that is mint green. I love converses and thought that these would be great for the summer/spring time.

Seche Vite Fast Dry Top Coat
I have heard no end of raves about this top coat, it is supposedly glossy and chip proof. I must get my hands on this top coat.

Maybelline Colour Show Polka Dots - Clearly Spotted
When I saw L'oreal bring their version of this speckled polish, I thought I must get my hands on it. As per usual I was kind of draw away by it as of the price. I was so pleased Maybelline brought out their take on it.

Sinful Colours Nail Polish - 24/7
I have been looking and thinking of getting a neon pink for a while now. I have seen that it is online at Boots for £1.99, but I know it is not in my local boots as I don't think it is big enough. Any how, I think this will look great in Summer and awesome with a tan.

So that is all the things, I have put on my "Birthday Wishlist". Thanks for reading!

Small Collective Haul - Superdrug, H&M, FeelUnique & Cath Kidston

 photo P1110791_zps93fb943e.jpg photo P1110792_zps276ea0b7.jpg

Simple Hydrating Moisturiser £1.99
I love this stuff, I just ran out of it a couple of days a ago and rushed to the shops to replace it.

Nivea Daily Essentials Toner £1.79
I have wanted to try a toner for a while, so when I saw this on offer at Superdrug.co.uk I had to get it. I haven't tried it yet but I am sure when I have there will be a review.

Nivea Body Lotion for Dry Skin - Shea Butter £1.79
I saw this featured in a youtube video and thought I would try it. I think it will be a product that might be likened to the "Garnier 7 days intense moisturiser". It smells good from what I can tell, but again haven't had the chance to road test it.

Original Source Shea Butter and Honey Shower Gel
I used this last night and was really nice. It wasn't too over powering which some of the Original Source gels can be like. I also got it on offer! Normally they retail for £2 something but I got mine for 99p. Bargain!

Garnier SummerBody Gradual Tanner (Deep Sunkissed)
Last time I bought this, I got the lighter one, thinking it would be okay as I am quite pale I suppose. But it didn't really do much, so thought I would trail out the darker one. It works really well, giving you a nice glow but not going too overboard and getting that orangey tan look. I think if you probably wanted to go a bit darker, you could easily build it up.

H&M Nail Polish - Come Along With Me £2.99
I bought this because I wanted a blue/teal kind of colour. This fits the brief perfectly. Right now I have this on my toes and it looks very summery. Will definitely be buying some more of these polishes from H&M.

H&M Glitter Nail Polish - Bronze £2.99
I have been wanting to get a multi-coloured glitter polish for a while now. I had been thinking of getting the one from Models Own, but couldn't justify paying £5 for something I might use on the odd occasion and just as an accent nail.

Badger Cuticle Care
I did feature this in my "Recent Favorites" post. It is super for dry and flaky cuticles! I got this from FeelUnique, it was supposed to be £3.99, but as it was my first order from FeelUnique I got 10% off!

Cath Kidston Dotty Pencils £3.00
I thought that these looked really cute and would look lovely in my pencil pots on my desk.

What have you bought recently?

Badger Cuticle Care Cream
Since buying this from FeelUnique.com I have been using every night before going to bed, it has help my dry cuticles so much they now feel ever so nourished! If you are thinking of buying the burts bees one, perhaps try this first as think it might be something similar and this one is waaay cheaper!

Yes to Carrots Cleanser
Since featuring this in my Fragrance Direct Haul, I haven't really spoken about it since. When I bought this, I thought it was actually a cleanser which would be able to remove my make-up. I was wrong, it is just in the name. But that aside it is a really good product, it leaves my skin feeling refreshed and lovely and soft.

H&M Nail Polish - Come Along With Me
This colour is lovely! I currently have this on my toes and it looks so pretty and summery. I think that H&M polishes have some great colours, definitely going to get some more shades.

Donut Bun
I have now mastered the art of being able to put my hair into a bun! I have been using this a lot recently. When I have been going into my exams, this was super easy to do in the morning. I knew by using this and clipping back my side fringe, I would be able to do the exam with ease. Without flicking my hair out of my eyes (anyone get that?).

Le Volume De Chanel Mascara - 10 Noir
I shan't talk about this too much as there will be a review on this very soon, but just to say that since getting it I am loving it so far.

Vikor & Rolf Flower Bomb - Eau De Parfum
I can't really tell you what this smells like, but to me this smells like a business ladies sort of scent. Really sophisticated but kind of sweet smell.

L'Occitane Vanille & Narcisse - Eau De Toilette
Again not very good at describing scents but this smells like vanilla and it is a lovely scent.

18 June 2013

Hello, hello, hello!!

Well I have officially now finished all of my GCSEs and have left my college. The only thing I have left is my Prom which is on the 28th of June (one day after my birthday). Which is sooo exciting. I have got my dress and shoes but I am just waiting for my bag to arrive now. So I am free of homework and revision! Which means more time blogging.

It feels like ages and it is I suppose since I have sat down and wrote a couple of paragraphs on this blog. I thought I would just stick to my school work and focus on that, and leave the blogging till later when I have finished. So now I am back is there anything that you want me to post about? Anything that you think I should try?

I have made a birthday wish list, so that is probably a post which shall go up soon. Likewise with, favorites and empties. I think I might just do "recent empties/favorites" as I didn't do any for May and combine them with the June.

Did I do anything to celebrate my finishing of my exams? Of course I went to lunch with my friends at Nandos. It was a lot of fun and we even toasted to it (it was a bit cringey, I suppose but it also felt soo good to say goodbye to exams, for now anyway).

There is a little round up of what I have been up to recently, I hope you enjoyed and see you in the next post! Just quickly would like to say an huge thank you for 88 followers, it means alot to me, that you still stuck with me while I was not here.
