And the Winner is...

So it is time to announce the winner of my 100 follower giveaway, it was quite hard actually as most of the entries had at least one answer which was incorrect so I picked the closest ones and picked them out of a hat at random and...

The winner is... *drum roll please*

Thalia from fashiongalaxiesxo

Congratulations! I will be sending you an email soon, so I can get your prize out to as soon as possible :)

Thank you for everyone who entered and sorry if you didn't win but I am sure there will be a few more giveaways in the future!

August Favorites!

Alidi's Miracle Oil
Since reviewing this product, I have to be honest I haven't touched it. But when I saw it amongst "My Hair-care basket" I couldn't remember what it was like. From then on I have been reaching for it this month and my hair has looked and felt much better!

Maybelline Baby Lips
This adds a nice wash of moisture, whilst giving them some shine. It isn't the most ground breaking product but it is good.

Palmer's Cocoa Butter Lotion
My legs have been so dry lately, I put it down to the warm weather! This has helped them a lot and it smells great too!

Chewits Sour Apple Xtreme
These are the best sour sweets ever! Since my friend Jenny recommended them, I haven't stopped purchasing them. What is great  is that they are always on offer (4 for £1) so you get 24 cubes for a bargain price.

What are your favorites this month?

I have never had a 'luxe effects' nail polish by Essie before, so was intrigued to try this, when I un-wrapped it (it was another gift from my Birthday)!

This is a lovely glittery/sparkly nail polish. I don't know what the difference is between normal essie polishes and the 'luxe' ones. But I do like it very much! It is a really nice simple yet effective polish to wear.

I know that I will get quite a lot of use out of this. I will probably wear it on days when I don't feel like anything to bright and just want to add a little sparkle to my nails.

The only downside to this is "Yes" it is a glitter polish so it may be a pain to take of, but it is alright when I use my Bourjois Magic Nail Polish Remover!

LUSH Wants

I recently got the LUSH brochure, don't you love it when you can browse through a shops stock without leaving your house? I also much prefer it going on line..Well I thought I would put a post together of the things I would like to pick up.

I am trying to cut down on access spending mainly relating to make-up, nail polish and lip balms. I thought that if I allowed myself to spend it bath & body products, which I know I will probably like and make use of.

Some of these items, I have seen in Lush before and smelt them, others I have not, so my opinion may change.

Bubblegum Lip Scrub
The lip scrubs have always been on my wishlist. I think I have stuck with this scent rather than the other ones. Even though the price is quite expensive for a pot of sugar, I am very certain that it would last a while. It also smells amazing!

Vanillary Solid Perfume
I saw a blogger do a review of this, so when I was in Lush I had a good old sniff and try. It was vanillary as the name suggests, I can guess with it being a solid perfume, it may last a while. I am quite hesitant to pay £6.50 for it but if I get a lot of use out of it, I will be quite happy that I have got my moneys worth out of it!

Stepping Stone
My feet have been awful recently! So hopefully this will help. It is also not too hard on the purse!

Whoosh Shower Jelly
I have the "Sweetie Pie" Shower Jelly, which I really love. Last time I smelt this, to me it smelt really manly...well it was a while ago. I would like to give it another chance as it contain citrus fruits such a lemon, lime and grapefruit. Which actually sounds lovely. I think that these are such good value too and last ages.

Creamy Candy Bubble Bar
This is one of their cheapest bubble bars, I think. I have smelt this in the shop and it smells very sweet and maybe like Snow Fairy. I don't have baths that often, if not at all. I think that showers are the most quick and efficient. However this would be a great to treat to the rare bath.

American Cream Conditioner
I am mainly putting this on here as it looks like it will smell great! I will probably pop into lush and ask for a small sample to try, after smelling it of course!

What have you been lusting for at Lush?

What's in my Travel/Overnight Bag?

 photo P1120655_zps2bf39f81.jpg
 photo P1120656_zps37fc52d8.jpg

A while back, I went on a sleepover with a couple of my friends and I thought I would share with you all what I took...

It is always essential to have a mirror, this one gifted to me by my friend Kaitlin and it is by Cath Kidston and is super pretty yet very functional! Something else which is by Cath Kidston is one of their hand creams, I find that that smell great and leaves your hands feel soft and not dry!

Lip balm, is a super must, I cannot go anywhere without having one, whether it be in my pocket or in my bag.

I only took this with me as it was the smallest face wash I had, and didn't really want to lug a massive tube. It did the job and made my skin feel really clean. Tissues, are the best..whether you need to blow your nose, sneeze or mop up something, they are the best things to have to hand!

Hand gel, whether you use pubic transport or just feel like you hands need a freshen up. Toothpaste, enough said (I did bring a tooth brush with me too, but forgot to include it).

Plamer's Cocoa Butter body lotion, this has been my go to lotion at the moment as my legs and my skin in general, have been so dry recently and this smells amazing too!

Avène Moisturiser, it is an essentials skincare item. So far so good with this too! Sephora Spray, I bought this with me because one it smells great and two is very slim and is great to taking around! Hair Brush, you always need to take a hair brush on a sleepover so, yeah!

So that is what I take, what are yours?

17 Wild Curls Mascara

I got given this as a birthay present. I have wanted to
try something from 17 for ages! I don't know what it is at
the moment but I love mascaras! I have to tell you this is very good!

I really love the brush it is quite long and slender which makes it very easy to use! I find that with it's short bristles it means it can grab all of my lashes. It gives my lashes a lovely coating and gives them a good amount of volume.

It does however slightly fall, at the curl claim. I tried it without curling my lashes, to see whether it could enhance a curl..it didn't work at all. However when curled (with eye lash curlers) it won't keep them in full curl, but does set them in a slight curl which will last the whole day..(hope that made sense?)

I really love the packaging of this mascara. I really like that they have given it a "wild" theme and it makes the product quite interesting.

Overall it is a great mascara and I can see myself using it quite alot!

What is your favorite mascara at the moment?

Denim Shorts - Cherokee
Shoes - Sports Direct
Sunglasses - Primark

I  haven't done a OOTD for ages...so here is one! I wore this to my Birthday Picnic, yes my Birthday was ages ago but everyone was either busy or on holiday. It was a really good day and we also did a little bit of shopping and I saw a friend which I hadn't seen in ages as he moved to a different school. I really love this outfit especially the top although it is waaay to big!

I shan't tell you what I think about this just yet as I'm planning on doing a whole post, but one things for sure is this colour is awesome and so pretty! As soon as I saw instagrams of this polish, I knew it had to be mine.

Do you like the "Gelly Hi- Shine" Polishes, what shades do you have?

My Fifth Graze Box

 photo P1120146_zps6a39a043-1.jpg
 photo P1120148_zps54ff27bb-1.jpgTexan Corn
This was really really lovely. It had a quite a bit of spice, which I do love. I especially loved the roasted corn & corn chips!

The Herb Garden
I have to say I wasn't too keen on this. I don't like 'rice crackers', they have a weird taste. But the crispy peanuts was very good.

Healthy Slightly Sweet Popcorn
I love Graze Popcorn, it is sweet but not too overly and it doesn't take too long to cook. It is just enough for yourself and maybe someone else if you feel like sharing!

Apple & Blackcurrant Crumble
I wasn't too keen on this to start with, it was okay. However my Dad really liked it...

July Empties!

*Yes a very belated post, sorry! This has actually been in my drafts, but haven't had chance to do it until now*

Alberto Balsam Apple Shampoo & Conditioner
I have talked about this for a while now, I love how this is great value for money. The shampoo, really makes your hair feel squeaky clean and they conditioner locks in the moisture. They also come in lovely fruity scents!
Repurchase? Of course!

Original Source Shea Butter & Honey Shower Gel
I have always been a little sceptical about some of their shower gels. Whenever I have gone into Superdrug/Tesco, they have always been very 'in your face' scents. A bit too overwhemling and something I would not like to use before going to bed! But this is very mellow and relaxing. You don't need a lot of this, so it will last you a good time.
Repurchase? Yes!

Simple Derma
This cleared up any dry patches that cropped up on my face, and also soothed any irration!
Repurchase? Yep.

L'occitine Milk Concentrate
I took this one holiday with my Palmer's Coca Butter Formula. This cream was a dream to apply! It was very relaxing and could do my whole body.
Repurchase? It would be quite an expensive treat, but maybe sometime!

Nivea Primer
I used this for my Prom make-up. From what I remember, it kept my make-up on for most of the night! Which is very good going.

Repurchase? Probably not...

What have you emptied recently, would you re-purchase?

Maybelline Baby Lips - Hydrate

So I am sure everyone and their grandma's dog, have heard about Maybelline baby lips..if not where have you been hiding? Under a rock?

They are the most hyped up lip balms ever, the wait was so long for these babies to come to the UK. But were they worth the wait?

"Maybelline says, No more boring balms!
New Baby Lips gives intense lip care & 8 hr hydration.
Conditioning care for lips that feel baby soft."

Yes, they are just a lip balm with cute packaging...I don't think they amazing but they are good. Hydrate is a clear lip balm, when I went and ordered mine before going on holiday none of the coloured ones were in stock at the the time. Many people say that this smells of lemonade and I agree, I myself couldn't tell what they scent was.

They are moisturising, but they will only give your lips a small amount and will probably not last the 8 hours, they claim. Although this one is colourless, it will give your lips a little shine.

So overall they are great, but not ground braking...I didn't think you would get a lot for your money but you do, I will be checking out the other more tinted colours, when I next see them!

Do you think they are worth the hype?

100 Follower Giveaway! (Closed)

Wow! I can't believe I am writing this...it will be almost 2 years since I started this blog.

Never in a million years would I think I would have so many lovely people following my space on the internet, where I would write lots of ramblings about beauty, fashion and lifestyle related things. I have met so many people through their blogs and worked with so many of you. I thought now would be a good time to thank all of you for getting me to this milestone. Not only did I hit 100 GFC followers, but I also have 50 followers via bloglovin'. So thank you!

It means a lot to me, I always love getting comments and good feedback in general relating to my blog. It just makes me feel happy and glad I set up my blog in the first place.

Now onto how I am going to thank you. If I could and had all the money in the world, I would send every follower something. But alas I do not. So one lucky follower will win a selection of my favourite things. This is not going to be your typical giveaway, I also thought this would be a lot more fun! There is a picture below, you have to guess which item is what. (A little clue: They are all my favorite products, which have been featured on my blog at some point!)
So for example...

1. MUA Lipstick

2. NYC Single Eyeshadow

3. and so on

You don't need to worry about shades, but if you can figure them out, it may be a bonus!

Of course to be entered in this you must be following me both by Bloglovin' and GFC. If you would like you can follow me on Twitter and Instagram, it is not a must though, but would be greatly appreciated.

This giveaway is open only to UK residents, sorry international followers, but this is due to posting costs and some items not being able to send to certain countries.

If you would like to enter, send me an email (naturalbeauty532@gmail.com) with your bloglovin and GFC name/link. Followed by your answers. The person with the most correct answers will win. If I get quite a few correct entries, I will use random.org to select a winner.

This giveaway is open for 2 weeks and will end on 27th August at 10am, any entries made after this will not be counted!

Thank you and Good luck!

What's On My Bucket List?!

I was tagged a while ago by Tiffany, to do a post like this. It was also linked in with a competition done by Money Super Market, which is now closed. But I still thought it might be interesting for you to see what things I would like to do, before I hit the bucket as it were.

I would also like you to contribute to this post and either post about your own or if your not feeling up to that, then just leave it in the comments below. I would really be interested to see what you have got written down.

I have actually been thinking about this for a while. I have a page on my blog, which actually lists somethings that I have thought about doing. I have only done 5, as I thought that would be a good amount to start off with.

 photo large2_zps74616885.jpg

I have always thought it would be so cool to go skydiving, just to be above the world and to just feel free. I am not sure when I actually plan to do this, but I want to do it before I get too old.

 photo tumblr_mfedp1R6uR1rua4pso1_500_large_zps7a2ae106.jpg

I really want to start learning to drive and then being able to just into my car, maybe pick up one of my friends on the way and take a trip to the seaside. I think the freedom of having a car and not having to ask your parents to drive you here and there, would be great!

 photo 407116_174666312635800_161984060570692_195776_1660819263_n_large_zps52464c9b.jpg
I am sure if you watch beauty/fashion/lifestyle youtubers or vloggers, you may want to meet them. I'm the same, I think it would be so cool but also maybe rather weird to actually meet someone, that you do actually know quite a bit about, but have never actually met them face to face!

 photo 2449_large_zps7f8aa3c7.jpg
Since learning German at college and also visiting it last Summer, I have been interested in going again. But this time maybe go to a German Christmas Market! I think it would so very exciting to see different German festive traditions and bring home some Christmas items!

 photo large1_zps95e17756.jpg

I have never been too hyped up about singers, but I think it would be very awesome to go and see one of my favorite singers at a concert.

So, now you have read some of what is on my bucket list, what's on yours?

New Nail Polish Purchases!

So before going on holiday, I made an order on Fragrance Direct. I was doing my weekly daily essie look out and I saw new shades were in stock from the Spring 2013 collection. I quickly googled swatches of them all. The one that really sold me was Avenue Maintain (which is linked and is still in stock!). It is a lovely cool cornflower blue. Before setting off to Norfolk, I painted my toe nails with this polish and they looked great. I can definitely see this becoming a new favorite of mine and at £1.99, is awesome!

 photo P1120512_zpscba7e59b.jpg

Another Fragrance Direct purchase! I have been looking for a Mint Green nail polish for ages! When I got given Barry M's take on it, that settled my hunger. But when trawling through brand after brand, I found Revlon Nail Enamel had a shade called Minted (which is again linked and is still in stock!). I again speedily googled swatches. Although not having a great reputation of nail polishes for me, I thought I would give it ago at on 99p! Likewise with Avenue Maintain, I painted my nails with it but on  my finger nails.

 photo P1120508_zpsb8e9025f.jpg
Now, whilst on holiday we went to Fakenham Market. They have a "The Factory Shop" store. Which is a little hit and miss sometimes. Occasionally they have a good selection of products for great prices and others not so bad. I have to say on this trip I hit a jack pot! I have been wanting to try a grey polish for a while now and am so glad I waited as this only cost a mere £1 to the usual £3.69. So I can't wait to try this.

 photo P1120507_zps006e2979.jpg
I also spied a Essie polish, I think last time there was a few more shades. I thought that There's no place like chrome would be a great as an accent nail, or if I was going to a party all full paint job.

Have you had any nail polish purchases recently?

What posts would you like to see more often or your favourite type of post?
